Overall Theme:
Finding the Balance: Not Everything is Black & White
We are all surrounded by so many opposing points of view. Everywhere we look, someone has an opinion that differs from yours or someone is questioning the status quo. There are debates raging in every corner of the hospitality industry and beyond. For OPMA members, the challenge is finding the balance between the old and the new, the established and the experimental, the safe and the unproven.
This executive summit is set to shine a light on these conflicting points of view with a mind to helping the members sort out the signal from the noise and allowing everyone to make their own decisions. Our presenters will be challenging conventional wisdom at the same time as they point out the pitfalls and threats that may lay ahead as we look to embrace the latest and the greatest new technologies and opportunities.
There is no right or wrong way to run a successful on-property management company and we each travel our own path. By having open and honest conversations about the tough challenges that are facing our industry, we will all be helping each other and we will strengthen OPMA as an organization.
