Spring 2019 Value Summit Venue & Accommodations
The Summit will take place at the Grand Summit Hotel in the Canyons Resort. The address is 4000 Canyons Resort Dr. Park City, UT 84098. The conference rooms are off of the lobby directly to the left, but the reception tonight will be taking place in The Cabin, which is directly off the lobby to the right.
On-site Information: Hotel check in time is at 4:00pm. If your room is ready, you may check in prior to 4:00. However, if the room is not ready, the bellmen will store your luggage and you will be asked for your cell phone number by the front desk agent. The hotel will prioritize the cleaning order for the guests that have arrived early and the front desk agent will call them when their room is ready.

Important information when reserving your room:
- The deadline for reservations is April 5, 2019 after which rooms will be sold on a space available basis and subject to higher rates.
- 1 night deposit is due at booking, balance is due 7 days prior to arrival date.
- Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date.
- Late arrivals, early departures, downgrade to room types and no-shows are non-refundable 7 days prior to your arrival date.
- Please note that check in time is at 4:00 PM and check out time is at 11:00 AM.
