The Onsite Property Management Association (OPMA) invites you to share your experience and expertise at their Fall 2019 Executive Summit. This event will be taking place November 20-22, 2019 at the Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, Florida. The event is designed for OPMA member executive level representatives and their senior management teams dedicated to the onsite property management sector.
Below is a list of member suggested presentation topics for the Fall 2019 OPMA Executive Summit:

-More on market disruptions but focus on how to compete with them.
-Update on pending legislation impacting the OPMA industry.
-Government Lobbying Best Practices
-Getting the most out of OPMA partners
-Quantifying the entire vacation rental segment of the travel industry
-AI and how it is affecting guest experience, Google and the new VR booking platform
-How to best use marketing data to get more owners, guests, etc.
-Technology and how it can operationally help a property manager grow
-What people are doing to innovate and streamline processes.
-New & Emerging Technologies
-Relationships between HOA/POA and Property Managers and how restrictions can help or hurt our industry.
-Best practices and common approaches to universal challenges among the condo operators.

All presentation proposals received on or before Friday, July 26 (deadline extended!) will be reviewed by the OPMA Executive Summit Committee. Selection will be determined on appropriateness and interest of topic, level of content and expertise of presenter. Participation as a presenter is by invitation only after review of the proposal. Presenters will be notified only of their acceptance.
All presenters are required to submit their final presentation to OPMA at least 30 business days prior to the Summit. These materials, as well as handouts, are always requested by our attendees who need to reference presentations prior, during and after the event to enhance their education.
