Important Information for on-site!
The Summit will take place at the Grand Summit Hotel in the Canyons Resort. The address is 4000 Canyons Resort Dr. Park City, UT 84098. The conference rooms are off of the lobby directly to the left, but the reception tonight will be taking place in The Cabin, which is directly off the lobby to the right.
Hotel check in time is at 4:00pm. If your room is ready, you may check in prior to 4:00. However, if the room is not ready, the bellmen will store your luggage and you will be asked for your cell phone number by the front desk agent. The hotel will prioritize the cleaning order for the guests that have arrived early and the front desk agent will call them when their room is ready.

Thursday, May 9: 7:00am-3:45pm- Grand Ballroom Lobby
Friday, May 10: 7:30-10:00am- Grand Ballroom Lobby
The event is designed for OPMA member executive level representatives and their senior management teams dedicated to the onsite property management sector, OPMA preferred suppliers and speakers, representing diverse entities servicing the travel industry, presenting their insights into the future of the overall lodging sector.

Speakers representing diverse, critically important entities that all play a significant role in shaping events and trends pertaining to the future of the lodging industry will present their varied outlooks. The OPMA approach is a departure from the traditional speakers “fielding” two or three questions at the end of their presentations with no plan of action ever surfacing. Each general session program, dependent on the topic, is allocated between 60-80 minutes. Guest speaker presentations, limited to 30-45 minutes, are followed by 30 minutes of open dialogue and interaction between the presenters and the attendees.
The intimate program format encourages stimulating discussions, the exchanging of ideas and arriving at potential solutions to our industry’s most pressing and challenging issues. This inclusive meeting environment results in the establishment of common objectives and an agreed upon action plan strategy that contributes to the continued growth and profitability of each OPMA manager and supplier member company.
