The OPMA approach is a departure from the traditional speakers “fielding” two or three questions at the end of their presentations with no plan of action ever surfacing. Each general session program, dependent on the topic, is allocated 60 minutes. Guest speaker presentations are followed by open dialogue and interaction between the presenters and the attendees.
