OPMA Membership Application

Becoming a member of OPMA is easy. Simply complete our secure online membership application below. Be sure to read all of the information before submitting your application.

Payment Information

The dues structure for management companies will vary, based on the total number of onsite managed units each member represents. The supplier dues will be the same for all suppliers.

Monthly Prorate Example

A company joining in March and has 300 units will have an annual dues of $595. They would apply the appropriate monthly prorate amount of $50 and multiply it by the remaining 9 months of the calendar year and remit $450 ($50 X 9 = $450).

 

Membership Approval / Payment Process

All applications are reviewed by the OPMA Membership Committee. The review process typically takes about 10 business days (sometimes less or more), and you will be notified as soon as a decision is made. If your application is approved, you will be invoiced for the prorated annual dues amount with the option to pay by check or credit card.
