* This registration is for Spouses/Guests of registered members and provides access to the meal functions only. The Spouse/Guest will not be permitted to attend the educational sessions. The Spouse/Guest registration must be completed separately from the Manager/Supplier registration.Please register each attendee separately.

Invoice Policy

If you request an invoice or select that you are going to pay by check, you are expected to pay for your registration within 30 days unless OPMA is notified otherwise. If you have not paid after 30 days of registering, your registration is subject to cancellation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may substitute another person in your place by contacting OPMA at info@theopma.org or 877-870-6510 before October 14th. If you must cancel your registration, your refund request must be emailed to info@theopma.org no later than October 14th. No substitutions or refunds will be issued after October 14th.
