Fall 2019 Summit Venue & Accommodations

If you have a room already– we urge you to contact the Hammock Beach Resort to cancel your hotel reservation as soon as possible to avoid any potential penalties. Existing Summit room reservations cancelled on or before November 13th, 2019 will be cancelled without penalty. The resort can be reached at 866-841-0287.

The OPMA Fall 2019 Executive Summit will take place at the Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, Florida. The address is: 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Palm Coast, Florida 32137.

Important information when reserving your room:

  • The deadline for reservations is October 29, 2019 after which rooms will be sold on a space available basis and subject to higher rates.
  • A deposit of 2 nights room, tax, and fees will be due at the time of reservation confirmation. The remaining balance will be due at time of check-in.
  • Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date.
  • Please note that check in time is at 4:00 PM and check out time is at 11:00 AM.
